About Our Owner
We are longtime Medina residents and Medina Chamber of Commerce members. Our owner, Mark Way, retired from a Fortune 100 company after 30 years of experience managing computers, programming and information technology. With time and experience on his hands, he was interested in giving back to his community and staying active with the skill set that had taken an adult lifetime to acquire. In 2001, he founded Teksonix Inc. with two primary goals in mind:
- To provide IT services
that support community and humanitarian endeavors.
- To continue a lifetime, passionate involvement with computers and their amazing, sometimes frustrating, capabilities.
Our Business Philosophy
- Stay focused on Medina organizations. We're more interested in service to the local community than in our company growth and revenue.
- Keep it simple. The most elegant solutions are the ones that are simple and relatively inexpensive.
- Leave large, complicated, costly projects to major corporations. Keep our costs low by specializing in a small, niche market.
- Experience is the best teacher. We prefer employees and agents with many years experience in the computer business.
- The customer knows best. Talk less, listen more and speak customer language.
